How can we have two laws in Canada, with one for the RCMP and one for ordinary Citizens ?
How can justice be served if the criminal investigates him or her selves?
Is this form of action being taught,- as part of RCMP training - or is the young power hungry recruit allowed to enact his own rule of law, if and whenever he wants to.
It is imperative that we develop an independant body to investigate these heinous RCMP crimes.
