Kevin St. Arnaud
Kevin St. Arnaud was killed by police in Vanderhoof, B.C. on December 19, 2004.
He had been chased into a field by an RCMP officer investigating a report of a break-in at a local mall. Mr St. Arnaud was unarmed. He was shot three times by the RCMP officers making the arrest.
